While our expertise is in working with young guys ages 8-25, we have worked with clients across the age/gender spectrum. Our approach is a hybrid of therapy+coaching, goal-oriented and solutions-focused.  Our demeanor tends to be that of a coach, which makes starting this process easier for many, particularly those who may otherwise be resistant to the idea of "therapy"

Dr. Robyn Glover and our Neuropsych team specialize in neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental assessment. We believe that data can help us understand a child/adolescent’s unique needs and help guide interventions. We work collaboratively with families and school systems to develop a shared understanding of each person’s particular strengths and challenges. One big missing piece for youth/male mental health is the opportunity to connect and talk about important mental health related topics with other guys their age. We provide that, by running seasonal 6-session groups for elementary, middle, high school, and college age guys. Joe Tocci, a coach at R+T, is a Marine Veteran who has experience leading teams of Marines as a Staff Sergeant as well as years of running groups for Veterans.

Typical outpatient “sounding board” therapy is not enough to help the struggles associated with ADHD.  Our eight-section program uses structure, pace, and strategies that combine to Turn Deficit into DRIVE.

Sports Performance+Recovery

The Sports Performance + Recovery program aims to develop 4 pillars of strength: Cultivating Confidence, Performance Mentality, Direction, and Recovery.

Most athletes physically train, but the same level of detail is not spent strengthening their minds. This program coaches those drills, exercises, and preparation skills to perform at the highest level and heal from injury.

The Sports Performance + Recovery program aims to develop 4 pillars of strength: Cultivating Confidence, Performance Mentality, Direction, and Recovery. Each year 3.5 million athletes are injured. This program is designed to help athletes fully recover both their bodies and their minds.

Youth Mentoring

Our youth mentoring program is a great way for clients to stay active and get an added level of support in the community.  Through individual and small-group (pods) mentoring, clients stay connected, get out of their homes, and process important challenges they face.
