Client Support

Joshua Sardia is on the client support and administrative assistance teams at Riser+Tread, working closely with team lead Mar Pelletero to assist clients on a variety of things, from client portal access and support to insurance reimbursement submission and troubleshooting, along with many other key administrative projects for the team.

 

Joshua is a graduate of ACCESS Computer and Technical College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Science. After graduation, he began to work as an Engineering Aide for a government company and as a Lease and Admin Officer for a real estate company where he was on the Human Resources, Client Management, and Accounting teams.

 

Joshua lives currently in the Philippines with his family. Staying at home and playing mobile games is his hobby when he gets his free time. He is also interested in playing badminton and learning the Korean language and its culture.
