Kevin DiPalma, M.Ed., Clinician/Coach at Riser+Tread, earned his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He has experience working with youth/adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, performance pressure, and major life transitions. Kevin has supported clients in strengthening emotional regulation, building confidence, and developing healthier patterns of thinking and behavior that promote growth and resilience.

Kevin’s therapeutic style is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. He fosters a space where clients can speak freely and feel understood, while integrating cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, understand their internal experiences, and move toward meaningful change. Kevin believes therapy should feel like a real conversation, one that is flexible, supportive, and tailored to each individual.

Kevin has a particular interest in the connection between mental and physical health, especially how movement, routine, and performance habits influence emotional wellbeing. Growing up playing nearly every sport he could, Kevin developed a deep appreciation for how mindset, confidence, and physical health work together. His approach helps clients build insight, strengthen confidence, and develop tools that support both everyday functioning and long-term growth.

Outside the office, Kevin stays active through weightlifting, golf, and long walks. He values time with friends and family and enjoys unwinding with his two cavalier king charles spaniels. He also loves movies, reading, and diving into new topics that keep him curious and learning.
