Jayson utilizes a multitude of counseling techniques such as Person Centered Therapy (PCT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Music Therapy to best serve his clients. He is passionate about building self-identity and leveraging resiliency and support systems to promote the personal growth and development of those he works with. Jayson also brings the same passion for coaching techniques and focuses on accomplishing steps needed to make progress towards the overall goal, drawing on his own coaching experience.

As a former collegiate lacrosse captain, Jayson enjoys physical activities such as lacrosse, basketball, snowboarding, and weight-lifting. When he is not coaching or at the gym, Jayson can be found enjoying music, podcasts, or fishing on the various lakes in the Northern Mass/Southern New Hampshire area.
